In other to boost security in Enugu State, the police on Sunday began an aerial surveillance of the whole state.
The representative
of the police in Enugu state, Mr Ebere Amaraizu, told the News Agency of
Nigeria (NAN) in Enugu that the helicopters were on an aerial observing
activity of the three senatorial zones. "As a component of measures to
guarantee that the whole state is sheltered and secure, the state order,
through the Air-Wing of the Nigeria Police Force, has started a flying
reconnaissance of the three senatorial zones.
"This activity will offer the stage to
angle out would-be wickedness creators and for officers to have appropriate

wrongdoing avoidance and control,'' he said. Amaraizu, a Superintendent of
Police, noticed that the Enugu Commissioner of Police, Mr Emmanuel Ojukwu, had

locating the helicopters. "It is the signal of the Inspector-General of
Police and government to guarantee that the whole range is made safe. "The
